ALOHA Collection is a fast growing lifestyle brand that was born out of a love of travel, adventure and the ocean. This California based brand with Hawaiian roots located in Encinitas, CA focuses on travel accessories. Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Product Designer is a strong visual and conceptual thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping and refining our online shopping experience and be responsible for executing user experience and interface design. You will lead web production efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technical solutions primed for future growth.

What You'll Do

• Design and enhance digital experiences that align with ALOHA’s brand and visual identity.
• Lead UI Design & implementation efforts with our development team, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Manage web production tasks, collaborating closely with our ecommerce team to ensure timely execution.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our digital presence.
• Participate in user testing and research to refine and optimize digital experiences.
• Provide feedback and contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and timeline management to ensure on-time delivery.
  
  

Experience We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX, digital product, or web design with a focus on intuitive, high-converting shopping experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, web design, and digital interfaces.
• Skilled in developing and managing design systems for consistency, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with animation tools (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
  
  

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Strong understanding of user-centered design and the ability to translate complex ideas into seamless ecommerce experiences.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to develop scalable CMS components.
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color, composition, branding).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
