Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Product / UX Designer to join their team in San Diego, CA!
This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays
As the Product / UX Designer, you will design solutions, seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle challenges in sales processes, and lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows.
Responsibilities :
Conduct research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes and technology applications
Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management
Work cross-functionally with teams to create a unified customer data system that supports dynamic account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes
Manage feedback mechanisms and rapid prototyping to refine and perfect sales processes and user interfaces
Desired Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction , Service Design , Interaction Design , Industrial Design , or a related field.
3 years of experience in Interaction or Product Design , particularly in technology-driven solutions , with a preference for experience in Sales or SaaS environments .
Proficiency in prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with using design systems such as Salesforce Lightning
