We are looking for a dependable and skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.

Available to work:

Monday-Friday (Saturdays On-call), **Must be able to work: 7AM-4PM

Responsible for the day to day office operations:

  • Answering phones
  • Communicating with Customers/ Freight Forwarders via emails/ phones
  • Scheduling deliveries/ Container spots/ Pick-ups
  • Assisting customers with Will-Calls
  • Prepping paperwork for Incoming/Out-going freight
  • Making work orders for scheduled jobs
  • Updating status on incoming freight/ containers.
  • Assisting with Quotes/ Rates on services
  • Basic computer experience for paperless procedures

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma/ G.E.D
  • Office work experience Preferred

Experience/ Skills/ Knowledge:

**Trucking/ Moving/ Freight Experience is a Plus**

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to work under a fast paced work environment and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to repetitive and tedious tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills, Office, Microsoft, Outlook and Excel
  • Calculator by touch

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
