We are looking for a dependable and skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.
Available to work:
Monday-Friday (Saturdays On-call), **Must be able to work: 7AM-4PM
Responsible for the day to day office operations:
- Answering phones
- Communicating with Customers/ Freight Forwarders via emails/ phones
- Scheduling deliveries/ Container spots/ Pick-ups
- Assisting customers with Will-Calls
- Prepping paperwork for Incoming/Out-going freight
- Making work orders for scheduled jobs
- Updating status on incoming freight/ containers.
- Assisting with Quotes/ Rates on services
- Basic computer experience for paperless procedures
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma/ G.E.D
- Office work experience Preferred
Experience/ Skills/ Knowledge:
**Trucking/ Moving/ Freight Experience is a Plus**
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to work under a fast paced work environment and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to repetitive and tedious tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, Office, Microsoft, Outlook and Excel
- Calculator by touch
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
