Aloha Med Spa is looking for a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. Key Qualifications:
- Prior front desk or customer service experience in a healthcare or spa setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, and providing general support.
- Assisting with promotional events and maintaining the reception area.
Education & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma / GED required; further certification in medical assistance or aesthetics a plus.
- Years of Experience: Open to all levels; training provided for the right candidate.
