Construction Administrative Assistant (Onsite – USA)
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour (Depending on Experience)
We are looking for an onsite Construction Administrative Assistant to support our team with project coordination, vendor management, and administrative tasks. If you have experience in construction administration, project management, and CRM tools like JobTread, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and calls, respond to inquiries, and log leads into JobTread
- Maintain vendor and client databases, track expenses, and process invoices
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure all leads from marketing campaigns and websites are correctly logged and tracked
- Handle communication with freelancers for design and planning tasks
- Support project managers with takeoffs, cost estimations, and procurement
- Oversee vendor relations, ensuring timely deliveries and service agreements
- Assist in preparing reports, permits, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field
- Understanding of construction trades such as flooring, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work
- Proficiency with JobTread, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or construction takeoffs is a plus
