Job Title: Hiring/Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Full-Time In-Office (Occasional Remote Work)

Salary Range: $24-$28 per hour (with incentives)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Must be available to rotate weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen potential caregiver candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Oversee the hiring process, ensuring adherence to California state regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct a thorough onboarding process for selected candidates, completing all required documentation and training.
  • Manage and optimize caregiver schedules to meet client needs effectively.
  • Find immediate coverage for caregivers who call in sick, requiring quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and WellSky (knowledge of WellSky is a bonus).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of care delivery.
  • Foster a supportive and positive workplace culture aligned with the Aloha Senior Home Care values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hiring, scheduling, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Quick, efficient, reliable, and responsible problem-solving skills, particularly when finding coverage for last-minute caregiver absences.
  • Bonus:
  • Experience with WellSky software.
  • Medical background or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
