What You Need :

Experience : You've been a manager before or know how to lead a team.

Know Some Things : It's good if you know about healthcare or taking care of people.

Use a Computer : You should be able to use Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Talk Well : You can talk nicely to people and fix problems when they come up.

Team Player : You work well with others and can be part of a team.

Get Around : You need a driver's license and a car to visit clients.
