About the Role
Reporting to the CRO, the Head of Marketing will build and scale Aloha’s marketing function from the ground up. If you’re a demand gen expert with a knack for storytelling, data, and execution—and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment—this role is for you. Your mission? Drive qualified leads, shape our brand narrative, and ultimately grow pipeline and revenue.
You’ll lead all things marketing: from generating qualified pipeline, building a content engine, and owning paid channels to leading go-to-market efforts alongside Product, Sales, and Customer Support.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Create and execute integrated campaigns across email, content, SEO, paid media (Google & Meta), and events.
- Optimize our marketing stack and workflows (Hubspot, Instantly, etc.) to increase MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
- Own and scale paid acquisition strategy across digital channels with a relentless focus on ROI
- Partner with Sales to ensure pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion.
- Build a scalable lifecycle marketing program across email, paid, direct mail, and events.
- Craft compelling messaging and content that drives awareness, trust, and, most importantly, conversion.
- Use data and analytics to test, learn, and optimize every campaign.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as we grow.
What You Bring
- 7 years of marketing experience with 3 in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or healthtech
- Proven success in building and scaling demand generation engines
- Deep expertise in email marketing, content marketing, paid ads (Google & Meta), and lifecycle programs
- Analytical and data-driven—comfortable owning marketing KPIs and making decisions based on data
- Strong messaging and positioning chops; able to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling language
- Hands-on leader with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experienced in marketing automation (Hubspot, Instantly) and analytics tools
- Collaborative and cross-functional, with the ability to align marketing with product, sales, and CS
