About the role

Compensation : $50,000 Base Uncapped Commission (Average $100,000 OTE year one)

Once you become a Senior SDR, you receive an increase in base pay to $60,000

Please note : This is an on-site position in McKinney, Tx

As a Sales Development Representative , you’ll play a crucial role in generating leads and qualifying new prospects, fueling our sales growth. This is an amazing opportunity to sharpen your sales skills and make a real impact. We’re looking for someone with a history of top performance and a knack for going above and beyond.

What you'll do

  • Become a product expert across our suite of products and understand our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Focusing on new business acquisition, identify and initiate contact with prospects to discover and qualify new business opportunities within our target audience using proactive prospecting methodologies.
  • Create strategic and personalized messaging tailored to our target audience to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
  • Utilize Salesloft, our sales enablement tool, to drive consistent and effective prospecting activities, ensuring robust pipeline management and regular Salesforce updates.
  • Develop a revenue-generating pipeline of sales-qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate to create and improve sales cadences and messaging that increase conversions and short-term business objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed quota.
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment.
  • Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit.
