Schedule: Full-time (Morning shift: 5:30 am–2:00 pm or Evening shift: 12:30 pm–9:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Perform food prep tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring all ingredients are prepared to the highest quality standards.
Station Support: Assist Cook I, II, and Sous Chef with any other duties required to maintain smooth kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes meet the club's quality standards.
Buffet and Line Service: Serve food items on the buffet line and assist in setting up and breaking down the buffet line, ensuring proper food presentation and adherence to sanitation standards.
Quality Control: Maintain consistent food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards, ensuring that each dish meets our club's high expectations.
Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and sanitized, adhering to strict food safety standards.
Timeliness: Ensure orders are prepared and expedited in a timely manner, maintaining proper timing and workflow.
Food Rotation: Perform daily inspections of the walk-in refrigerator, ensuring that food items are properly rotated and stored according to safety guidelines.
Adhere to Standards: Follow all The Pacific Club standards and policies to achieve service excellence, while providing exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Culinary school training is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end environment with a brigade system.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen terminology, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to set up lines promptly and ensure a smooth workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Hourly Rate: $20–$26/hour, depending on experience.
