Job Summary:
The HR Generalist manages HR policies and procedures, supporting production and functional teams. Focuses on improving organizational capabilities, talent selection, change management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and marketing events with Talent Acquisition.
- Use HRIS systems (SAP, ADP, Workday) for HR processes.
- Address compensation issues and ensure internal consistency.
- Review performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Lead HR-related Continuous Improvement projects.
- Conduct training for associates and managers.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Analyze HR metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- HRIS system experience preferred.
