Job Title : Operations Coordinator
Location : Canonsburg, PA 15317
Shift : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities :
- Support Venue Construction Team on multiple projects.
- Provide special reports and updates to supervisor and internal teams.
- Assist with job entries and updates in CRM.
- Prepare project reports and slide decks as requested.
- Handle administrative tasks (issuing POs, processing invoices, updating trackers, CRM).
- Take meeting notes and provide minutes to the team.
- Initiate supply chain processes for venue projects (bill of materials, quotes, POs).
- Manage material orders, track deliveries, and facilitate material movement.
- Track and report budget status for venue projects.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.
