Job Title : Administrative Support - Fiber Construction (Remote)
Location : Preferred locations in Alabama and Georgia (Remote)
Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Fiber Construction Team overseeing multiple projects.
- Assist with special reporting requirements for projects, both for customers and internal teams.
- Update and enter job details in CRM systems.
- Ensure project milestones are being met and help keep projects on track for timely delivery.
- Handle miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
- Assist with access arrangements for major projects.
- Prepare slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including mailing, inventory, purchasing, building access coordination, and office maintenance.
- Plan events and provide general support to visitors.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and provide minutes to the team.
- Maintain an active log of off-site personnel entering remote locations.
