Position Title : Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Summary :
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers, managing incoming calls, scheduling, and directing inquiries. Assist with case management tasks, including coordinating attorney assignments, entering data, and organizing files.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing information on attorneys and court dates.
- Monitor court calendar and notify attorneys of client arrivals.
- Coordinate attorney assignments for unrepresented clients.
- Enter case and payment information into case management system.
- Perform initial conflict checks and maintain accurate files (both hardcopy and electronic).
- Support with routine clerical tasks as needed.
