Job Overview
The Sr. Quality Officer is responsible for overseeing Quality Performance, Accreditation/Licensing, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Policy Management across the healthcare enterprise. This role ensures compliance with certification and regulatory requirements while promoting patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide quality management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee patient relations, safety initiatives, infection prevention, and policy management.
- Collaborate with leadership, board members, and regulatory bodies to implement quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the organization at state and national professional organizations and conferences.
- Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, CEO, and Board of Directors to align quality objectives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
- RN Nursing License preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
