Job Overview
The Sr. Quality Officer is responsible for overseeing Quality Performance, Accreditation / Licensing, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Policy Management across the healthcare enterprise. This role ensures compliance with certification and regulatory requirements while promoting patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide quality management program , ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee patient relations, safety initiatives, infection prevention, and policy management .
- Collaborate with leadership, board members, and regulatory bodies to implement quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives .
- Represent the organization at state and national professional organizations and conferences .
- Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, CEO, and Board of Directors to align quality objectives with organizational goals.
