Sr. Quality Officer - Nursing

Job Overview

The Sr. Quality Officer is responsible for overseeing Quality Performance, Accreditation/Licensing, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Policy Management across the healthcare enterprise. This role ensures compliance with certification and regulatory requirements while promoting patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide quality management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee patient relations, safety initiatives, infection prevention, and policy management.
• Collaborate with leadership, board members, and regulatory bodies to implement quality standards.
• Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the organization at state and national professional organizations and conferences.
• Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, CEO, and Board of Directors to align quality objectives with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
• RN Nursing License preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

Additional Information

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a high level of accountability and adherence to healthcare standards.

Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
