As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work closely with our team to develop and implement aba therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your expertise in behavior analysis and aba supervision will be invaluable in creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aba therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Supervise aba therapists to ensure high-quality aba therapy services
- Collaborate with our team to create a supportive and therapeutic environment for our clients
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
