Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. This role will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to build a robust talent pipeline, improve hiring processes, and enhance the company’s employer brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize networking, industry events, and online resources to identify potential candidates.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, alumni fairs, and in various online forums.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and share insights on market trends.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance the recruitment team's effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree recommended.
- Experience: 3 years managing recruitment teams of 10 or more. Experience in staffing openings quickly and talent acquisition.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge in developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning. Knowledge of how to leverage technology to maximize the efficiency of a talent acquisition team.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with solid decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report recruitment metrics.
Work Schedule: Full-time, exempt. Standard schedule with flexibility allowed.

- Hiring Efficiency – Time taken to fill open positions compared to industry benchmarks.
- Candidate Quality – Success rate of new hires based on performance evaluations.
- Talent Pipeline Strength – Number of qualified candidates available for key roles.
- Recruitment Process Optimization – Improvements in hiring procedures and candidate experience.
- Team Performance & Growth – Development and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
