Role Overview
As a fully remote company with a distributed team across Europe, hiring the right people at the right time is crucial . This role will be key in shaping and implementing scalable, efficient hiring processes to support our rapid growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop hiring strategies, streamline recruitment, and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
Define & execute a hiring strategy aligned with our aggressive growth goals
Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and external hiring partners
Partner with hiring managers to ensure the right talent joins at the right time
Focus on technical & leadership hiring for high-impact roles in SaaS / startups
Use data-driven insights to refine hiring processes and scale effectively
Strengthen our employer brand to attract top-tier candidates
Requirements :
7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments)
Proven ability to hire technical & leadership roles across European markets
Experience leading recruitment teams and managing external agencies
Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment
Ability to work in fast-paced, remote-first environments
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
