Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering/product leaders to define and execute technical strategies.
- Establish and enforce engineering processes that align with company policies, data security, and compliance standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop elegant, scalable software solutions.
- Actively contribute to the development of core systems and tools, ensuring high-quality code and scalable architecture.
Requirements:
- 5 years of full-stack development experience, including 2 years in leadership or mentoring roles.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, with experience in scalable application development.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, and building scalable web applications.
- Experience with GoLang, including API development and backend service integration.
