Job Description: Pressure Washing Field Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pressure Washing Field Technician to join our team. This position involves performing exterior cleaning services, including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior window cleaning. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, physically fit, and comfortable working on ladders and roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washing, soft washing, and other cleaning equipment to clean roofs, gutters, driveways, sidewalks, siding, and windows.
• Safely climb ladders and work on roofs to access areas requiring cleaning.
• Perform gutter cleaning by removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.
• Handle exterior window cleaning with precision to maintain a streak-free finish.
• Drive and operate a manual transmission company truck to transport equipment and supplies to job sites.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of all professional truck skid equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective gear and following OSHA regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients professionally and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up job sites after work completion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and roofs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• Frequent exposure to outdoor elements, including heat, cold, and wet conditions.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and handling water-based equipment.
• Regular physical activity, including climbing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
