Compensation
This role offers a starting hourly base pay of $18 per hour commission on jobs sold. Pay is negotiable based on your sales track record, but you must be able to provide proof of past sales performance and closing ability.
As an Outside Sales Representative, You Will:
- Generate new leads through door-to-door prospecting and referrals (D2D experience is preferred)
- Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and offer solutions
- Follow up consistently to close sales and convert leads into long-term clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients informed throughout the entire process
- Accurately assess storm damage and ensure proper insurance documentation
- Represent Alpha Exteriors and Construction with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through prospecting and referrals
- Meet with potential clients to assess roofing needs and offer tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with past clients to generate repeat business
- Assess storm damage and coordinate with insurance adjusters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and company procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of proven sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Door-to-door (D2D) experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and safely climb onto a client’s roof
