As we expand, we are seeking an ambitious and client-oriented Lead Advisor to support senior advisors, manage client relationships, and contribute to financial planning initiatives. Position Overview:
The Lead Advisor will work closely with senior advisors, operations teams, and investment specialists to assist in managing client relationships, executing financial plans, and optimizing investment strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and highly analytical professional who thrives in a collaborative and client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, provide follow-up communication, and maintain high-touch service standards.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and financial plans, helping to educate and guide clients in their financial decision-making.
Financial Planning & Investment Strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of customized financial plans, considering client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Conduct research and analysis on investment strategies, market trends, and financial products.
- Generate performance reports, cash flow projections, and risk assessments to support client recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio allocations and rebalancing strategies, coordinating with operations teams for timely execution of investment recommendations.
- Work under the guidance of senior advisors to identify and implement portfolio adjustments as needed.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist with client onboarding, including account setup, documentation, and compliance reviews (AML/KYC procedures).
- Stay up to date on financial regulations, firm policies, and best practices to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Team Collaboration & Business Development
- Work closely with advisors, portfolio managers, and operations teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Support internal process improvements to enhance workflows, technology integration, and client service delivery.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including preparing prospect materials and attending client events.
Qualifications:Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory services preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment management, and portfolio construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent credentials preferred.

Pay: $128,825.00 - $237,316.00 per year
