Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Lead Advisor to join our wealth management team. This role provides critical support to Senior Advisors by assisting with client relationship management, financial planning, and investment strategies. The Lead Advisor will help deliver a superior client experience by preparing for client meetings, executing financial plans, and supporting the overall advisory process.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow into a senior advisory role while gaining hands-on experience in delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.

As Lead Advisor your key responsibilities are
· Client Relationship Support
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, provide follow-up communications, and maintain a high level of service.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and financial plans.
· Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support the development and implementation of customized financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Generate reports, including portfolio performance summaries, cash flow analysis, and projections.
· Investment Strategy Execution
- Review and rebalancing of client portfolios to align with investment objectives.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely execution of investment recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments as needed under the guidance of lead advisors.
· Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with client onboarding, including documentation, account setup, and compliance reviews (e.g., AML/KYC).
- Stay informed about industry regulations and firm policies to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
· Team Collaboration
- Partner with advisors, operations staff, and other team members to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving workflows, technology, and client service processes.
- Support marketing and business development efforts, such as preparing prospect materials or attending client events.
This is ideal for you if you meet these required qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent credentials preferred.
