Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for high-end home improvement and outdoor living projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Present product and service offerings to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and negotiate estimates and contracts.
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales-to-project transition.
- Represent the company at home shows, community events, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of sales experience in home improvement, residential construction, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple prospects.
