We're seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator for a part-time on-site role, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.
- Must have prior MDS experience and be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with an active RN license.
- Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely MDS assessments, regulatory compliance, supervising data entry, and preparing reports for the Director of Nursing.
- Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives, staying updated on Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
- Qualifications include minimum 3 years of long-term care clinical experience and knowledge of MDS/RAI processes.
