Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare-certified, 5-Star rated agency that is seeking an experienced and caring full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for our Hospice and Palliative Care division in the greater Snohomish County area!
Total Rewards
- $130,000 to $140,000 annually, DOE

Essential Duties
- Maintain patient symptom and pain management
- Complete Face-to-Face and eligibility visits, including home health to hospice bridge program
- Create, review, and revise patient's plan of care
- Identify comfort needs & provide holistic quality of life care in coordination with attending physician
- Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
- Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers and hospice staff
- Be integral to the building of a Palliative Bridge Program
- Establish, and nurture staff and community referral source relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) licensure of one year or more
- Possess current Medicare Part-B credentialing, or have the ability to do so
- Prior Hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
