Job Title: Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide administrative support such as filing, emailing and scanning documents
- Everyday house keeping duties
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with projects and follow-up on tasks as assigned
- Provide support as needed to each department
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
