You won't just manage a calendar—you'll be a strategic partner to our Chief People Officer, helping to drive organizational excellence while ensuring daily operations run smoothlWe are building a ellite People Team, and this role is key to keeping things aligned, efficient, and impactful.
About the Role:
You'll be the right hand to the Chief People Officer, providing executive-level support, managing priorities, coordinating meetings and travel, and supporting major initiatives across HR and operations. You'll help us move faster, think clearer, and stay focused on what matters most.

What You'll Do:
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage the CPO's calendar with a focus on strategic time management
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, manage expense reports
- Draft and edit internal and external communications
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for requests and key priorities
Operational & Project Coordination
- Provide admin support for team and leadership meetings
- Track project deadlines, follow up on action items
- Assist with HR initiatives, events, and documentation
- Prepare agendas, notes, presentations, and reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Support cross-departmental initiatives with HR, Finance, and Leadership
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Streamline administrative processes for better flow
- Leverage tools like HRIS, project management platforms, scheduling software
- Anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions
About You:
- 5 years of experience in executive support or administrative leadership
- Masterful with calendars, time management, and prioritization
- Professional, poised, and confident handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, etc.
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise
- Experience in HR, construction, or fast-paced environments is a plus
