- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Alpha UK’s objectives and mission.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage them.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote Alpha courses, the Leadership Conference, The Marriage Course, and other initiatives (Prisons, Youth, Chinese context, Catholic context).
- Utilise various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, to maximise reach and impact.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Alpha UK’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Monitor brand perception and make necessary adjustments to enhance Alpha’s presence and reputation.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and produce high-quality content.
- Digital Marketing:
- Enhance Alpha UK’s online presence through effective SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Manage and optimise the Alpha UK website and other digital platforms to improve user experience and engagement.
- Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, churches, and external agencies to support marketing efforts.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies across the UK.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, audience insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Experience of attending or running an Alpha group/course
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
