HTB Media Brand Manager

Role purposeYou will develop and implement impactful and consistent branding concepts and design work across our events, campaigns, Sunday Services and Sunday Live Stream through our print, digital, social media, photography, design and video output for HTB Church’s media channels.Key deliverables

• Ensure all HTB Group events and ministries are branded in-line with the overall HTB brand, including creating and creatively overseeing Ministry rebrands and new brand packages.
• Responsible for creating, implementing and delivering effective branding, creative campaigns and design output that reflect HTB vision and meet the brief across HTB’s key communication channels, including website, email, print, design, social media and video.
• Develop comprehensive brand and messaging guidelines that clearly define a brands identity, voice and core values for consistent application across all platforms.
• Package branding assets into an accessible brand kit to ensure seamless implementation by Media team and wider HTB Group staff.
• Provide clear brand guidelines to media team to ensure smooth roll out of approved branding across all channels.
• Meeting regularly with Media Team Manager, Creative Pastor and ministry stakeholders, to ensure projects are running to brief and in line with the wider HTB vision.
• When required, commission work to freelancers and third parties, retain responsibility for their contribution and ensure projects are delivered to brief, on budget and on time.
• Responsible for equipping our team and volunteers to create content for HTB and our ministries by brand and editorial guidelines.  
• Ensure accurate, timely, engaging and effective output across HTB’s media channels.
• Work closely with the Design Lead and Media Team Manager to produce work that meets HTB values, whilst also ensuring work is delivered on time and to budget.
• Adhere to follow operational processes and best practices, such as GDPR, Legal, Insurance, Finance and Health and Safety
• Report to Lead Designer and collaborate with them and the Media Team Manager keeping them abreast of developments and providing regular and open updates to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
• Model and instill our HTB culture and vision, with positivity, encouragement, and a servant heart
• Maintain excellent awareness of current design directions, trends, and industry standards.
• Encourage innovation in design, producing consistently excellent design work.
• Liaise with print suppliers, send design files to print and manage delivery of assets.Core behavioural competencies

• 2 years creating new brands, rebrands and delivering work in line with brand guidelines.
• Experience using various social media platforms
• Excellent skills in Adobe design packages
• Demonstrable experience working in a Church environment within a Media context
• Knowledge of popular and current design directions and trends.
• Able to deliver to a high standard and fast turnaround with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation skills, organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, tenacious, resilient, and kind, taking a flexible, can-do approach to work.
• Engagement in life at HTB, knowing the church family from within and being willing to invest in getting to know different areas within the church and people/key contributors we will work with.Desirable skills, experience & knowledgeThe following skills and experience would be greatly beneficial:
