Role purposeYou will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of all Production team projects as well as Line Managing, supporting and guiding the Production Team in their daily tasks. You will support the Director of Operations by overseeing all Production projects and team processes, ensuring projects are delivered on brief , within budget and to deadline. You will ensure the team collaborates and engages effectively with HTB Ministries and Entities and deliver Production services for HTB that enable effective ministry, worship and a thriving volunteer culture

- Will contribute fully to the day-to-day operation of their team or area, with flexibility and without the need for close supervision.
- Using a good degree of proficiency and well - established professional knowledge, will analyse and help to find solutions to challenges and issues that arise.
- Review, develop and implement new Production project management and technical processes to ensure an efficient, organised and thriving team.
- Ensure the effective and impactful showcasing of ministries and events on a Sunday and during the week across Production services.
- Provide excellent Production project management and delivery of key department campaigns and projects, including Sunday Services, Christmas, Easter, Leadership Conference and Focus.
- Ensure projects are delivered on brief, within budget, to deadline and ensure the team collaborates and engages effectively with HTB Worship, HTB Ministries and HTB Group Entities
- Create and communicate accurate and detailed project timelines, project plans, status updates, resource plans and project costs to ensure projects are briefed and delivered successfully.
- Liaise with Ministries and Entities to gather briefs. Communicate these clearly and promptly to the Production team and ensure tasks are booked in with the team and inputted into project management system.
- Ensure excellent Stewardship of HTB Group Production resources, including tracking and quoting project, equipment and staffing costs
- Responsible for timely, clear and positive communication, ensuring information flow effectively from the ministry and within the Production team
- Provide efficient, professional and friendly support to the Production team and ministries – with a can-do, positive attitude and managing regular contact with them to proactively keep them up to date
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members, investing in their growth and development.
- Model HTB Values and encourage a healthy team culture
- Report to and support the Director of Operations, keeping them abreast of developments and providing regular and open updates to ensure the effective delivery of Production services and a thriving team.
- Line management of the team, providing ongoing feedback, training and working collaboratively to set goals that allow them to learn, grow and develop while delivering Team objectives
- Work closely with the Head of Technical Production to deliver a program of
- Support the Production Office Supervisor with tasks such as setting up suppliers, processing payments and ensuring tasks are completed effectively
- Support Team Pastor in the formation and ongoing development, scheduling, onboarding, training and culture of a thriving volunteer team that models the HTB values
- Ensure the congregation is involved in delivering Sundays, events and weekly Production projects.
- Ensure team and projects adhere to operational processes and best practices set by the Director of Operations and HTB Group, such as GDPR, Legal, Insurance, Finance and Health and SafetyCore behavioural competencies
- Works well with all fellow team members to deliver an excellent service to the whole organisation.

- Full engagement with the life of HTB Church, knowing the church family from within and being willing to invest in getting to know different areas within the church and people/key contributors we will work with
- 2 years experience in project management and line management experience in Production and operational roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal Senior Leadership Team
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation skills organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and oversee multiple projects
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire a team and encourage a positive, healthy, efficient and thriving unified environment
- Proven ability to remain calm and positive under pressure, tenacious, resilient, and kind, taking a flexible, can-do approach to work.Desirable skills, experience & knowledgeThe following skills and experience would be greatly beneficial:
- Experience working with bands, artists, or creative directors
- Experience operating Production equipment eg vision mixing
- Full clean driving license
- Previous experience in a church/venue-based production function, ideally at a senior leadership or Head of Department level
- Previous experience leading a large volunteer-based function or organisation
