- Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional campaigns that attract potential residents.
- Prepare and manage lease contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of resident applications, leases, and other relevant documentation using property management software such as OneSite.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet company standards and address any maintenance issues.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.
