What You’ll Do:
- Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks
- Support manufacturing by preparing precise and accurate CAD files
- Collaborate with engineers and shop floor teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
- Assist in optimizing design workflows and improving drawing accuracy
- Interpret technical input and translate it into clear, usable drawings and models
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using SolidWorks
- Proven skills as a draftsman with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience modeling mechanical parts and assemblies
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CAD, or a related field is a plus
