Job Description:
We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves direct interaction with clients and requires a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software for end-users
- Respond to support tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
- Collaborate with the Service Desk and other technical teams to resolve Level 1 and Level 2 service requests, incidents, and problems
- Document all steps taken to resolve issues in the ticketing system.Your AI Recruiter for end-to-end
- Handle escalations related to desktop, network, and server infrastructure service tickets to maintain service levels
- Create and document service management procedures and standards to ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, including assistance with audiovisual setups for meetings
- Set up new workstations, including deploying equipment and creating Active Directory accounts.
- Utilize Windows and Mac OS devices effectively.
- Engage in research and testing of new technology to enhance support services
