Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems that have been escalated from Level 1 support. comptia.org
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining system capabilities by testing existing equipment and programs, and try out new systems and software. comptia.org
- User Training: Train users on proper use of hardware and software, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT resources. comptia.org
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Level 1 support to guide them in resolving less complex issues and to identify recurring problems. devsdata.com
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support or appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
