Job Description:
Provide Technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Re-image devices, reinstall applications, and troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise software issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements. Document resolutions in IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
- Experience in an enterprise IT environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
