JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
RPA Workflow Analysis : Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Documentation : Create process models, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Client Interaction : Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, gathering and validating requirements.
Solution Design & Testing : Work with RPA developers to design and optimize automation solutions. Validate solutions through testing.
Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and improve RPA solutions.
Support & Training : Provide training to clients on RPA tools and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 3-6 years as an RPA Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Domain : Health care domain with Claims and FACETS knowledge.
RPA Knowledge : Understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Documentation : Expertise in creating BRDs, FSDs, and process documentation.
Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA solutions.
Agile Framework experience : Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments for project delivery.
