Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Alpha Nodus, Inc. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our Gravity AI Services. You will work closely with clients to enhance their experience and drive adoption of our solutions, ultimately contributing to our mission of improving healthcare accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our products.
- Provide onboarding and training for new clients to facilitate smooth implementation of services.
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and enhance service offerings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for maximizing product value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical domain
- Strong proven experience as customer success manager or account management roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive, google workspace, Freshdesk tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for clients.
