We are seeking an experienced Process Technician for a client located in Mansfield, MA. The successful candidate will operate and oversee thermoforming production lines, ensuring optimal machine performance and high-quality output. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the candidate will train team members and adhere to strict safety standards. - ResponsibilitiesOperate & Oversee Production: Run and monitor thermoforming lines including machine setup, changeovers, and quality inspections.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize cycle times and reduce waste.
- Training & Team Collaboration: Train and mentor operators on proper machine operation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

Qualifications (Must Have) :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or on-the-job training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing or thermoforming processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Nice to Have:
- College Degree
- Certifications such as Certified Production Technician (CPT) or OSHA 10/30-hour training.
