Position Overview - The successful candidate will operate and oversee thermoforming production lines, ensuring optimal machine performance and high-quality output. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing process improvements. Reports directly to the Production Manager
Preferred Qualifications -
- Hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing or thermoforming processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
