What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vineyard Internship Program position at Alpha Omega Winery?
Key Responsibilities
Cleans and sanitizes crush equipment, hoses, presses, pumps, lines, tanks, barrels, and barrel equipment, kegs, bins, and cleans in and around the winery (floors, crush pad, bathrooms, break room, etc.)
Prepares sanitation chemicals and stores them using safety procedures and instructions
Pressure washes cellar floors
Performs the physical labor associated with cap management applications; pump over, punch down, Pulsair, and etc.
