A fast-growing paving company, backed by a PE group, is looking for a deadline-driven Accounts Payable Manager with previous experience in the high-paced construction industry.
The AP Manager oversees the AP procedures, ensuring accurate coding and timely processing of invoices, maintaining accurate vendor profiles, leading a small team AP specialist, while establishing controls and compliance.
Qualifications:

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5 Years of AP experience
- 1 years of management experience
- Extensive knowledge of general ledger accounting and cost accounting.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Highly proficient with accounting software.
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95K-$105K per year
Plus discretional year-end performance Bonus

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
