Purpose :
The purpose of this role is to serve customers by processing retirement related activities. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to, all funds retirement account review, all funds pension benefit calculations, simple service inquiries, plan to plan service transfers and recalculations. This role reports directly to the Benefits Supervisor / Manager. The Processor will need to obtain in-depth knowledge of all pension plans, processing procedures and supporting systems within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Proficient oral and written communication skills needed in working with internal and external customers
- Strong organization skills needed in conjunction with organizing workflow, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
