What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Operational Analyst to help optimize and streamline our firm’s operational processes. This role involves analyzing workflows, automating systems, and driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, programming skills for process automation, and a strategic mindset for problem-solving. You should be comfortable handling diverse tasks, from process design to project management, and collaborating across different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Process Design:

Analyze existing workflows and design more efficient operational processes to improve productivity and scalability.

• Automation & Technology Integration:

Utilize programming skills to automate routine tasks, streamline data management, and integrate systems for better performance.

• Project Management:

Assist in managing operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

Leverage data to identify inefficiencies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Dynamic Task Management:

Support marketing initiatives, assist with event planning, and contribute to cross-functional projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with investment, finance, and technology teams to align operational improvements with broader business objectives.

• Strategic Problem Solving:

Apply strategic thinking to operational challenges, balancing short-term efficiency gains with long-term scalability.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven problem solving.
• Project management experience or coursework is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) for process automation and data manipulation.
• Experience designing and implementing automated workflows.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong interest in operations and technology.
