ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the design and execution of strategic HR initiatives in alignment with the company’s global business strategy. Develops and reports on metrics for key HR performance indicators. Directly supervises the HR Coordinator USA and collaborates with global HR contractors.
- Drives global HR programs and ensures seamless implementation of HR initiatives across regions.
- Oversees global compensation strategies, ensuring equity, market competitiveness, and compliance in salary and benefits administration.
- Ensures adherence to global legal requirements and government regulations impacting HR policies, records, and reporting. Partners with external legal and payroll resources globally to maintain compliance.
- Champions employee engagement programs, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect. Provides guidance on labor relations and oversees resolution of employee issues, negotiations, and labor agreement administration.
- Develops and updates global HR policies, ensuring alignment with international labor laws. Consults legal counsel on compliance matters as necessary.
- Enhances global communication strategies, delivering presentations and creating internal and external communication plans related to HR policies and initiatives.
- Administers and optimizes the global Performance Management Program, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
- Oversees organizational development programs to enhance employee growth, skill development, and operational effectiveness.
- Manages global talent acquisition and development strategies, building partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other resources. Leads workforce planning, employment agreements, and talent pipeline development while tracking performance metrics and costs.
- Prepares and manages the HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Maintains the integrity and accuracy of HR systems and data on a global scale, driving process improvements where needed.
- Participates in cross-functional initiatives, including safety culture and training programs, contributing to broader organizational goals.
- Responds to organizational and market changes with agility and assumes additional responsibilities as required.
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification highly desirable.
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including global HR management.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Expertise in HR systems (e.g., UKG, Brainier LMS) and data analytics tools like Power BI is a plus. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required.

Experience
Required- 8 year(s): Eight years or more human resource experience, including Global.
- Knowledge of UKG HRIS and Time and Attendance (or similar systems), and Brainier LMS
Education
Preferred- Masters or better in Business Administration
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
