Office/Bookkeeping/Secretarial Assistance for Landscape Company
Part-time Opportunity for Office help – 20-25 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday- Friday, with opportunity to grow into Full-Time position.
We are a small but rapidly growing, fast-paced Landscape Design and Construction company seeking a professional individual to join our office in Palm City, FL that meets the following requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task with ease with ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal/written/administrative skills required
- Organizational skills with good follow up and attention to detail is needed.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
Duties
- Maintain and organize office records, receipts, and financial documents
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (invoicing, tracking expenses, reconciliations, etc.
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile accounts through Quickbooks Online.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with client and vendor communication as needed
- Post Social Media content
- Support the team with scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative duties
A Few Notes:
This is an in-office position (not remote). We are looking for an energetic, positive individual free of drama and issues (no disturbed individuals and please do not bring to the office) as the mood is fun, casual, and sarcastic. You need not have any experience in the landscape industry, although that would be incredibly helpful if you did. We will work with the right individual and accommodate their situation to bring on to the team. The timeline on the hire would be immediate.
