The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide product and service information to customers as needed

Qualifications
