Job Description:

Icon V Marketing Company is looking for an organized and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be eager to support our communications and marketing initiatives and build their skills in a dynamic environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about communication strategies and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Pay Range: $900 - $1250 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit a variety of content, including press releases, newsletters, email communications, and web copy.
• Support in organizing and coordinating company events, such as product launches, client meetings, and community initiatives.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform communications strategy.
• Help coordinate media relations efforts, including drafting pitches, coordinating interviews, and tracking press coverage.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
